This policy applies to orders placed through www.funhousetoys.co.uk.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates begin when your order is dispatched, not when it is placed.

Working days normally exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a service is specifically described as guaranteed.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days of acceptance.

5. FREE DELIVERY

Temporary free-delivery promotions may be offered and may be subject to a minimum spend, promotional code, selected products or specific delivery locations.

The relevant conditions will be displayed with the promotion.

Click and collect is available only where shown during checkout.

7. TRACKING

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email or text message after dispatch.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been collected by the courier.

8. DELIVERY ADDRESSES

We will try to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once the order has entered the dispatch process.

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete or the parcel was not collected, you may be asked to pay an additional delivery charge before it is resent.

9. FAILED DELIVERIES

If nobody is available to accept delivery, the courier may:

  1. Attempt delivery again.

  2. Leave the parcel in an authorised safe place.

  3. Leave it with an authorised neighbour.

  4. Take it to a local collection point.

  5. Return it to us.

You are responsible for following any courier instructions within the stated time.

10. SPLIT DELIVERIES

Products from the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately.

You may receive separate dispatch confirmations and tracking details for each parcel.

You will not normally be charged additional delivery fees where we choose to split an order.

11. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  1. Severe weather.

  2. Courier or postal disruption.

  3. Transport delays.

  4. Strikes.

  5. Public holidays.

  6. Customs delays.

  7. High order volumes.

  8. Incorrect delivery information.

12. LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period.

If the parcel cannot be located, we will investigate the delivery with the courier.
